PRICING FOR MATERIALS AND LABOUR
PRICING
For pricing on siding remember it always is different for different cities, depends on complexity of house, how accessible the house is, materials and such.
For general pricing.
For vinyl siding it ranges from $7-10/sqft. Horizontal lap vinyl is the cheapest method we do and board and batten is slightly more expensive for vertical. The materials are slightly more, more labor for installations, and generally it has more waste.
Steel siding ranges from $14+/sqft. Generally we have systems starting at $14 supplied and installed. But with steel and aluminum siding we have brands that can go all the way from $5-40/sqft just for material.
Wood siding and James Hardie board generally ranges from $14-22/sqft. This is dependent on what brand, how labor intensive it is (James Hardie is generally more labor intensive then a LP Smartside product) and which style you choose.
Composite siding usually is $16+/sqft. The same as the others where we have brands starting from $6/sqft and going all the way to $20+/sqft for just materials alone.
